Analysis of Software Success Through Structural Equation Modeling

Determining factors influencing the success of software projects has been emphasis extensive research for more than 40 years. However, majority in this domain focused on developed countries, with little attention paid to underdeveloped and developing countries. The primary objective article was assess effect critical elements countries (like Pakistan), because enterprise environmental staff working habits, as well their experience expertise level, all have an a project's success. For purpose, data were collected from 339 senior developers project managers Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) registered companies. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) used analyze constructs relationship between affecting empirical results showed that improper planning, inadequate human resources, wrong estimation time cost significantly negatively impacted projects.
